How It All Began – The Story of Cosmic Dealer
Monique Foy came to Paris from Australia and quickly fell in love with the city's sweeter side. But when she looked for alternatives to conventional sweets, her enthusiasm soon faded. Even seemingly healthy snacks were packed with artificial sweeteners, fillers, and emulsifiers. Why should it be so difficult to find something made with good ingredients that also tastes delicious? Together with Fati Nabil, she founded Cosmic Dealer and began putting her own vision of mindful indulgence into practice.
From the very beginning, it was about more than chocolate. Monique brought her passion for Ayurveda, herbalism, and traditional wellness rituals to the table. Reinterpreting old habits, using high-quality plant-based ingredients, and above all, never forgetting the joy of indulgence – this gradually gave rise to the distinctive world of Cosmic Dealer.
